Unauthorized Use of Property

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Ohio

June 9, 2008 I stole from Target (retail) and was charged with unauthorized use of property in Aug 2008 it is listed as a minor misdeamenor. Is this something that will show up on my record when a company does a background check?

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance!

I am going through the same thing. The perspective employer can see arrest dates, initial charge and court dates. I was shocked too! Sorry for the bad news.
