    Crimes Involving Moral Turpitude
I am a LPR since 1993 and got pled guilty for the Domestic Violence. I was sentenced for 0 day of 6 months(maximum prisonment by municipal court) suspended and 2 yrs later, it got expunged. This incident happend in 1995. Deported in 1996 (marriage less than 2 yrs) by INS but waived IJ. INS has the record of D.V. since 1997. I entered/renenterd the country in 1988, 2000 and 2005. I have applied for the citizenship recently in November 2004 and interviewed December 2005. Is this consider CIMT (less than one year sentence). I told the truth during the interview......What is my chance?

    Old Domestic Violence Charge
If the maximum sentence for the charge was six months, it seems like it could not possibly be considered to have a maximum sentence of one year or more.
