    Deferred Program in Virginia
    I am 22 years old and today I went to walmart and stole diet pills and a nose ring! I know silly:wallbang: it was my first time..and i'd never do it again I had been on anti depressants and stopped taking them cold turkey and just been off the walls..well I have alot going on in my life and alot to look forward to and me having a petty larceny on my record will just mess everything up..if i get a record u mine as well stick a fork in me--b/c i'd seriously be done..does anyone know if richmond,va offers a first offense deferred program or anything like it...all the help u offer would be great thanks!

    p.s. this is my first offense..i've never been in trouble before.

    Your Attorney will know best if these programs are available in your county and if you qualify

    if there are no deferred programs is there anyway I can see if my attorney can try to get me on community service/theft program in exchange for it not being seen by employers or something? im a single mom and im not worried about jail time or anything else besides this being on my record..and me not being able to get a good job for my son..:wallbang:
