Delaware LLC Operating Agreements (LLC Resolution)
I need Delaware LLC Operating Agreements (LLC Resolution) in order to open a bank account.
Q1. What are good examples of LLC Operating Agreements?
Q2. Do I need to or should I consult an attorney to create it? Again, I just need one in order to open a bank account for the time being.
Note: I am the sole owner of the company.

You can probably get a boilerplate operating agreement form at an office supply shop. As a sole member LLC, you shouldn't have to worry too much about having a lawyer draft the form - presumably you will allow yourself to amend the operating agreement by "majority vote" (Is that "The 'ayes' have it," or would it be "The 'I's' have it"? )
One of concerns is this.
Suppose that I create LLC Operating Agreements for the time being to open a bank account. There is a good chance that I'd like to have a more thorough LLC Operating Agreements later on, and if so, chances are I'll create one with an attorney. If I do that, is it going to be a problem?
Also isn't there any free sample that I can use temporarily on the internet?

You can amend your operating agreement.

Probably, if you look hard enough; try Google.
