    First Time Offender Charged with Second Degree Robbery in New Jersey
    hey, i'm 19 years old. i am a good kid and never really got into any sort of trouble but i ended up getting into a fight with a man and afterwards he claimed that i was trying to rob him. i was charged with second degree robbery. i was wondering what to expect and what are my chances and what not. i'm pretty nervous to say the least. any help would be great. thanks.

    We're in no position to gauge what will happen with the charges. You're facing very serious charges, and you need a criminal defense lawyer. Your lawyer will be able to review the police report to find out what this person is claiming happened.
