Emancipation in Florida

I am 16 years old and wish to be emancipated. I was wondering what the fees would be, if any, and how do I begin the process? I wish to be emancipated because I am tired of staying in my room all the time afraid to come out because i do not want my step father to hurt me. Where would i go to be emancipated? What would happen to my little sister?
