Not the Father

My question involves child support in the State of: I was being sued for Child Support. I did not know the young lady, nor have I lived in Florida. After the paternity test it came out that I was not the father. It has taken all must a year and a bit of money to get this resolved. My question is do I have any recourse?

You might be able to take her to court to recoup your legal costs (provided that she is even able to pay on any judgment rendered).
