Retail Fraud / Shoplifting: 18 Year Old Caught Shoplifting Alcohol

My question involves criminal law for the state of: West Virginia.
Okay so the other night me and my friend was caught concealing a bottle of wine under our hoodys at kroger. The worker immediately called a manager and said she had some shoplifters before we could even move from the wine aisle, and proceeded to call the police so i pull my bottle back out of my pants and put it back. Then she trys to detain us and walk us through the store so we comply till we get to the doors and take off got to my car dropped my keys in a huge puddle it was dark and i couldnt find them i look back to see the worker staring so we take off on foot and find a ride somewhere. I later find out that the next day my car was stolen ironically, but my question is what are the possible consequences? Also I still have to go to court for posession of less than 15grams of marijuanna, a driving with measurable alcohol, trespassing, and possibly a hit and run which all happened around 2 months. The police also havent filed a report for shoplifting yet. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
