Theft and Larceny: Larceny by Employee

My question involves criminal law for the state of: North Carolina
I have been charged with larceny by employee in NC. I took 38000 dollars in cash from my company, I was given a 10000 dollar bond and my court date is next month. I know that the punishment for this crime is bad, but I have no record of any kind and im willing to pay the company back, also my wife is pregnant and she can not make it without my income. I know that I need a lawyer but is there a guess of what sentence I will get? I just want to get my family prepared for my possible jail time.
