What Charges Do I Face for Assault with Deadly Weapon

My question involves criminal law for the state of:California. Me and my girlfriend got into a fight in my house because I found her cheating on me. So next thing you know I tell her to leave my house, she desperately stays and she scartches me on my arms. So I was mad and threw a bottle at her back. She gets mad and call the police and writes a report. I leave the seen because I was scared. So a couple days pass and I give her a visit at work to bring flowers and a letter with her camera.but she never comes out and decides to call the cops from another county. The follow up with the original report from days ago and decide to book me, and never ever read me my rights. What can I do from here ? I have court for a restrainig order she put on me the day I went to visit her and also for the booking. I got out of jail threw a bail bond. The police not only never read me right but took pictures of my scratch marks on my arm and said it's for my advantage.thanks in advance

You need a good criminal defense attorney...like last week! You're facing some serious charges (assault/battery, domestic violence, to name a few)

Also, your rights do not have to be read to you unless the police are going to question/interrogate you. They booked you, took pictures, then you bailed out.

You can hire an attorney to represent you at court.

Not reading you your rights is irrelevant. Miranda rights are only required when you are in custody and they are interrogating you. if they attempt to introduce any statements made by you AFTER your arrest and BEFORE you were read your Miranda rights, your attorney can object. Keep in mind that about 9 out of 10 arrests will never require Miranda to be read.
