Visitation Rights

My question is Im a parent I have a daughter I unknowlingly signed a piece of paper during a time period when I was going thru a stressful situation between school and transportation seeing as how IM a minor my mom had to sign it now I have vistitation rights but Im not being allowed to see my daughter and havent seen her for a month seeing as how he is in comptemt of court what do I have to do because its so frustatrating :wallbang: to not be able to see my child
