Can a Debt Collector Liquidate Personal Property That Already Has Tax Liens
My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Missouri.
I'm being sued for a CC debt. I already have large federal and state tax liens on all of my property that are not going to go away for many years. So if the CC company wins and gets a writ of execution, can they take and liquidate my personal assets, such as my car and furniture, etc. if there are already liens in place?

They can seek whatever remedies are permitted under the laws of your state, within the confines of your personal exemptions. If somebody else has a lien, it doesn't mean they can't execute - but it generally means that they have to pay off the prior lien before they get any money for themselves.
