Emancipation for my 13 yr old niece
My 13 yr old niece lives in Houston Texas and is abused by her crazy psycho mother who does drugs and drinks alot(which she is no longer married to my brother but they recently got back together)My brother is under some kind of spell or something because he does nothing to save his daughter. Well they came up for a visit this past Christmas and my nieces mother started beating her up and when she finally came up stairs to where i saw it I jumped up and covered my little niece. Mind you my niece is 90 lb and my ex sister in law is well over 200! when i finally got her covered and thought i had her protected from the hits she started kicking her. I pushed the mom away and told my niece to run for a room and lock the door. I went in front of the door and wouldnt let the mom in and she started hitting me. So after all was said and done and my ex sister in law left I talked to my niece and she says this stuff happens all the time and that cps has been to their house but her mom just lies and they believe her. I wanted to call the cops but we were all over my mom and dads house and my mom didnt want to start any more trouble. My niece has claimed that her mom has even put the heel of a shoe in her ear drum to make her deaf. I want her out of this situation what can i do? The mom is a good liar and scammer and she takes the kids to the hospital even when they are not sick just so she can get drugs for herself. The mom has gotten my niece high from pot and tells her to drink alcohol with her and her friends and then let her roam the streets drunk without anyone there to protect her she also lets her dress really revealing. I think she wants her to look bad so my brother thinks bad of her. Sorry this is long but i dont know what to do!
