I'm 16 and Legally Emancipated - What Can I Do Now

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of:
Im 16 years old and got emancipated, but now im confused on what are my rights on dating? I am currently dating a 22 year old right now and he wants me to move in with him, but would I be able to do it without him getting into trouble? We havent had sexual contact yet, but would we be able to now? Bascially now that I am emancipated is it legal to date him and have sexual contact? or will he still get into trouble?

Please help me. I really need to know this information!:confused:

More importantly, the OP needs to clarify that a Judge signed an order of emancipation. (not that she'sd emancipated simply because her parents allowed her to move out).
