My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Kansas. My 17 year old has legal issues, is on probation and has dropped out of high school. He is totally definant of our "rules" and does not respect either myself or my significant other. What are Laws of emancipation in Kansas?:wallbang:

I will guess you want him out. He can legally leave with your consent. However I suspect his problems will only get worse once not under your authority even if he disobeys it. Also as aminor you would still be legally responsible for him. By the way if the minor is 17 it snot likely the emancipation process would be complete before he turns 18 anyways
