Confused about custody issues
ok i am 16 yrs old and i have a 2 yr old son now i am considered an adult in kentucky where my mother lives but i do not want to live there becuase me and her fight constantly so i moved back to ohio with my dad and my dad dont really want me and leaves the state for weeks at a time and dont help provide me with anything i dont have my son with me right now cus my mother will not let me i do have custody of him though i am curently living with my naighbor and yesterday my sons father showed up wanting me to get my son from my mom well he has not seen him in a yr nor has he tried to contact him but recently he began paying child support and that is why i think he wants me to get him cus i currently do not have a stable house to bring him to and i dont have a job or no education i have tried to get a job but i also do not have my license for transportaion and i dont know what to do now i hate being away from my son but i know he dont want for anything but my mom is an alcholic and well my dad pretty much told me i was on my own when i got pregnant and my sons dad used to hit me so i really dont want to give him the chance to get my son ya know and then on top of all thosre problems i have my sons dads mom to worry about to see i had devin up here before but they called child services on me and i had no choice to take him back to my moms and everyone is dead agianst me having him but i did have him for a yr by myself and he never went without anything he went to every doctors appointment took a bath everyday had clothes shelter warmth food i am a good mother but i need a chance to be a mother too and i just think that no matter what i do or how old i am or where i live i am always going to live a chaotic life in between my parents my ex boyfriend and his parents i love my son deeply and i want him back reall bad can someone please give me some advice on what i should do atleast for now????????????
