My question involves a child custody case from the State of: TX.
My husbands ex-girlfriend currently has custody of their son. She works and travels so much she is never there for their son. Does anyone know of any cases (past precedence) that would support the father getting custody of the child? She leaves the child with anyone but his father and the father has first right of refusal.
