He can petition the court for reasonable parenting time, consistent with the age of the children, their best interests, and whatever travel arrangements he can accomplish. It's a case-by-case determination, and we don't even know what your boyfriend wants, so its impossible to guess what he will get.
ok - in the case of the youngest - the 2 year old - she wont even let him talk to the child - he calls to check on him and she starts screaming and yelling - also she doesn't want to give him any visitation - she wants him to sign over all his rights to the child. I guess my question is what visitation rights is he intitled to? Can she refuse to let the kid visit him in another state?
