DUI Reduced to Reckless, Driving History
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Oklahoma

I had a DUI when I was living in Oklahoma. My DUI was reduced to reckless driving in the court, but the DPS suspended my license for 6 months anyway. Now I have a question regarding my Driver's License. Will it be recorded as a reckless driving on my driver's license or as a DUI? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I haven't seen an Oklahoma driver's license abstract. It's not unusual, though, for the abstract to show the original charge cited as well as the final charge, so it's quite possible for your abstract to show that you were charged with DUI and convicted of reckless driving. Consider ordering a copy of your own driving history to see what's on your abstract.
