Possession of Marijauna Assistance
Alright, so i ditch school with my friends and I get caught with a half a gram of marijuana, now we all run, drop the bag, and we get caught. While we are being questioned, one of my "friends" tells the police it was my weed, therefore they took me to jail. None of the others said anything... they denyed it was theirs, and that one person said it was mine. The truth of the matter was , it was bought by me and him, and he brought it to school (he was holding it) and we ditched to smoke it. Now I wanna know if there is anything I can do... because I told the cops it wasn't mine and that it was his word against mine, and they were taking his words over mine at the moment. Now, is there a way they I can win the case if that "friend" comes and says it wasn't my weed? What proof do they have that it was my weed? They didn't drug test me, they didn't do anything... and they let all the other kids go back to school except for me... and they took me to the police station and gave me a ticket for possession of marijuana. Isn't there a way I can fight back and win? because technically they just have words..no proof or anything it wasn't on me when they found it
