My question involves criminal law for the state of: Wisconsin
I am on probation for battery and I got pulled over and they found a gram of pot. I spent 10 days in jail for a probation hold and my probation officer came and talked to me and didn't revoke me. What do you think the court willgive me for this charge

It is the judge and not your probation officer who will make the call. You are not out of the woods yet.
If you are convicted of the new charge, then you will have a violation of your probation for sure. -

And are you sure the judge revokes me in WI because when I was in jail I was in with a guy that his PO revoked him for catching a charge

No, the judge can wait to see if you are convicted of the new charge first, afterall if you are found NOT GUILTY then this may all go away.
However, you need to hire a lawyer and go over your options with him/her. A convition while you are on probation will not have a good outcome for you.
You can be violated for just an arrest/charge. However, I do feel that they are going to wait it out and see if you are convicted of the new charge. There is no hurry to violate you at this point -

Just wanted toadd that I was right about who revokes you this is a the email from a lwayer I am looking at
The agent can start revocation proceedings and is the only one who would start it. The administrative law judge decides, after a revocation hearing, whether to revoke or not. If you would like to discuss this or would like to retain me, please give me a call.
