    Pennsylvania Employer Libel or Harassment
My questions is, given the following, do i have a case...

I worked for an employer for close to two years when i was dismissed for inappropriate behavior with a co-worker. Regrettably, i did engage in flirtatious behaviour with my direct manager, all of which lasted approximately a month and led to nothing physical between us. None the less, and understandably so, i was confronted by my regional manager and dismissed. Their proof were copies of e-mails sent back and forth between us. I was ashamed and regretful, but that shame turned to anger when a Fed Ex letter arrived to my spouse, with copies of all of the e-mails inside. In addition, the letters were marked-up with the most hateful, spiteful, and absolutely slanderous commentray scribbled all over. These letters have obviously caused irrepairable damage to my marriage and moreover i feel completely violated and harrassed. The organization i worked for is a monster fortune 500 company, and obviously they did not send this document, but it was sent by some employee of theirs who had access to these e-mails on a corporate level. Do they bare any responsibility and/or do i have a case for either defmataion, libel, or harrassment charges against the employer? By the way the e-mails were sent anonymous, so i do not know who was responsible for the mailing. Thank you for your help.

Maybe it was sent by your former co-worker's spouse.
