Sex Charges for a 21 Year Old Male and a 16 Year Old Female in Texas
My question involves criminal law for the state of: texas.
My sister is 16 years old and going out with a 21 year old guy. She went to the school nurse for help because she was feeling some pain. She said he's real age because they asked her how many partners she's been with. And their age. The nurse told her that she had to write a report to the police because of the huge age difference. What can happen to him and her if this report is taken into court?

Yes. It doesn't matter if you are still committing the crime. What matters is that you did commit the crime.
