I need to get full custody

I have been with my daughter's dad for awhile after she was born, we recently spit up, and I was letting him see her, he refused to give her back to me one day, and is also driving illegal, he has no license, but he put the car in his brothers name, so he has less of a chance getting caught. I need to get full custody of my daughter! He is also an alcoholic, and been caught whilde driving under the influence. how do i go about getting started on all of this? Someone please help!
