An American Marrying a Dual Citizenship American/Canadian
    Hello,

My fiancee and I have been together for quite a few years, and we would like to marry. We live on opposite sides of the border but we only live 15 minutes apart (not counting border times).

I would like to know if I can marry her and would we have any problems (like can not visit home country etc.) I have I live and work and Canada, but we would like to marry in the US and live there.

    Thank you for your time.

If you're both U.S. citizens, you can both live and work in the U.S.
