Arrested for Open Container

Thanks for that. "Municipal Charter and Code" were the key words that led me to this website:

It seems to have the municipal codes for every town in many states, a really great resource. Of course it also led me to this lovely bit of information for the town I was arrested in:

Anyway, at least I know the worst that could happen. As a first offense, I really do not think a judge would jail me. Maybe a hefty fine though. Again, I also hope it's not the maximum $250 as that would not leave me in a great situation either.

Thanks for everyone's help. I guess I'll show up in court on the date given and hope for the best. Check that one off as something to never do again.
