Outstanding U.S. Bench Warrant for a Canadian Citizen
My husband was charged with trespassing in a casino in Michigan 14 years ago and failed to appear in court due to the fact that he lived and still lives in Toronto. He has had an outstanding bench warrant since. We wanted to know who he should contact to clarify if the bench warrant is still active and what the probable repercussions would be. We wanted to travel to Las Vegas this summer, but he is concerned that this may appear on his file should he try to enter the U.S. and would like to have the issue rectified before we go.

    Mr. Knowitall
    Possible Bench Warrant
You can try calling the Sheriff's Office in the County where the charge was filed.
