I need to know if it is possible for my wife to convert an H1B visa, sponsored by her employer, to a J2 dependent visa after working for 1 year and with due permission from her employer. If this is possible, then how long does it take and what is the process for this ??
You have a J1 visa? What does her employer's permission have to do with her getting a visa that's derivative of yours?
what i meant was is it possible to convert from an HI to a J2 after completion of her 1 year assignment ?? meanwhile i will be on the J1.
