    Washington State Emancipation Law
I'm 15 years old and i can't stand living in my house much longer. My hole life i've been stuck taking care of my younger brother and our house hold. Not having a normal childs life at all. Which has caused me to be very depressed. And then i always have my mother who would usually call me all sorts of names to bring me down and then hit me if i didn't listen or if i did something wrong. And it always made me feel like i was just the smallest person alive. And i felt like killing myself everytime this happens. I have already talked to my Aunt about moving in with her till i can get my own place. Would that be possible and still be emancipated without being adopted? or would i have to get adopted??

Oh and then theres my father.. i love him to death but i dont think he will allow me to move out. But if he loves me shouldnt he do what is best for me?

Please help me, If u have any information on Washington Emancipation then please help me! and answer my question.

    Thank you all..

    Emancipation in Washington State
Under Washington state law you must be sixteen to petition for emancipation. You may review the statutes here.

    Emancipation
If you want to live with your aunt, and your parents and aunt consent to that, you can live with your aunt.
