My question involves business law in the state of: Utah
I am looking at doing a website using a very similar name as a local radio show. The radio show is "Tradeo", the website will be "Tradio". Both are pronounced the same. So my first question is, can I use this name is I offer the same information as the radio show? Second, can I list items I hear on the radio on the web including phone numbers? More specifically, the radio show has listeners call in and sell their goods, a radio version of classified ads. On my website I want to list all the callers to this radio station along with their goods and contact info. More or less a free ad in addition to the radio ad. Where do I stand with this. I am more than happy to use a disclaimer stating that I am not associated with the radio station.
