I'VE BEEN CAUGHT SHOPLIFTING-FIRST TIME OFFENDER-MERCHANDISE FOR ALMOST 300$.

STORE GOT A REPORT AND POLICE WAS THERE TOO.POLICE GOT MY INFORMATION.THEY SAID I AM GONNA GET A LETTER FROM THE COURT AND HAVE COURT CASE.
MY QUESTION IS:
-WILL IT BE ALWAYS ON MY CRIMINAL RECORD?
-WHAT ABOUT MY VISA J-1?WILL I EVER BE ABLE TO CHANGE IT INTO F-1 OR H-1?BUSH SAID EVYONE WILL GET H-1......EVERYONE?
-CAN I BE EVER HIRED AS A LAWYER IN BUSINESS AREA?
-IF I GO BACK TO MY COUNTRY,WILL I BE ABLE TO COME BACK TO USA?
-WILL POLICE INFORM MY AGENCY I WORK FOR-AUPAIR AGENCY-?DO THEY HAVE TO KNOW?

hello , well if your under the age of 16 you are ok and your record will erase if your 18 u have to get it cleared of course u can't do it again and you can't get in to any more troble like that again. thank u
