Failure to Stop for a School Bus

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Maryland

How to prepare for court once received a ticket for failure to stop for a school bus. The bus driver did not project the stop sign, nor had any lights other than her right turn signal indicating she was turning right. I proceeded around her and a cop jumped out infront of her bus and directed me to pull over. He was there because he was directing traffic into a church parking lot where a funeral was being held. Please advise how to prepare, what are the likely outcomes?
