Pending Civil Demand

My question involves criminal law for the state of: CA

I am so frustrated! I read online that alot of civil demand people pay still shows up as NOT PAID so they end up getting a BIGGER fine for not paying. So i have been checking my bank ALOT to make sure they took out the money.. and i CALLED them SO MANY TIMES and none of them are helpful at allll so my question is..

I paid for my fine by PHONE and the next day my bank acount say "pending 225$ for Bennet and Deloney" then 3 days later which is TODAY.. the PENDING IS GONE but they didnt take out the money either?!?! So i called them and told them about the situation and all they keep telling me is "it's paid, don't worry about it" and they keep saying "we sent you a confirmation mail" and I kept saying "if the bank doesnt show you guys rettrieved the money in a couple days should i call back?" and they just keep saying "no no its paid" ahhhhhh i dont know what to do! I'm going crazyyy i know im a very paranoid person but I just can't afford to pay anymore if they raise my fine because they ended up NOT GETTING THE MONEY :[ does anyone have any experiences with this PLEASE PLEASE HELP :[

I also read online Bennet and Deloney were sued in 2003 and ended giving back 53,000 dollars to consumers because of their untheical ways of work.. and that makes me so much more paranoid :[

Have you received the confirmation letter yet?

There's not much you can do if they keep insisting you have already paid except wait for the letter. If you've not received it within a week after they claim to have sent it, ask them to send it again.
