Felony Theft in Colorado

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Colorado

I am 21, in college and also in debt. I have absolutely NO criminal history what so ever. I used to work at a popular retail store where I was the head of our employee committee. For that reason, I was trusted with the employee account used to purchase things to help our employees. Unofrtunately, the account was too tempting and I managed to use it for my own personal reasons. The total I spent on the card over a 4 month period totaled at about $3,300. I was arrested after being terminated and am now out on bond. My formal charges are 2 felony 4's of theft and identity theft. I am FREAKED out about what is going to happen on Friday... my first court date. Please inform me of anything that could prepare me for what may happen. Oh, and restitution has been :confused:paid in full.

Sorry I didn't see this sooner. I expect that your first hearing was your arraignment, which is the formal reading of the charges and your first opportunity to enter a plea. I hope you had the opportunity to consult a criminal defense lawyer in association with the hearing, or that the judge allowed you t remain silent and entered a not guilty plea on your behalf to give you time to do that.
