How Can I Get Emancipated

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: yeah im 15 and my family is financially insecure and we are living in a one room hotel which we have been living in for 2 month. i need to know if i can move out with out their permission. i had tryed once and lived with my friend for 3 months but they freeked and wont let me move out. i wanted to know the rules on emancipation to see what i can do. i live in wisconsin.

Wisconsin has no emancipation statute. There is case law suggesting that it is possible to emancipate through lawful marriage, or active duty service in the armed forces. Niesen v. Niesen, 38 Wis. 2d 599; 157 N.W.2d 660 (1968).

Neither of which can be done at 15.
