Proof of Emancipation in Florida
My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Florida
I looked through many threads before posting this one to no avail. If it has already been addressed, please forward me to that thread.
My question is this; how does an emancipated minor prove that he or she has been emancipated?
I will soon be a paramedic, and the consent law came up in class. A minor without a legal parent or guardian present gives us implied consent to treat them, unless they are emancipated. When I graduate, I will have put in many long hard hours to become a medic, and certainly do not want to lose my license over an issue such as this. :D My instructor was not sure of the law, so here I am.
Thank you all for your help in advance.

Re: Proof of Emancipation in Florida
A emancipated minor will have court papers stating they are emancipated that should be with them at all times incase of circumstances like that.
