Problem Tenants
My question involves an eviction in the state of: California
These tenants want to push every boundry; park in others parking space, keep/hide a dog, today they played music too loudly a tenant asked for intervention. I went over and asked the woman to lower her music. she asked me who payed her bills? And closed the door.
I called the police, they never came.
Is this grounds for an eviction?

Re: Problem Tenants
Hi Panther,
They are on a month-to-month lease. There is a clause that reads a tenant shall not desturb, inconvenience, etc other teants or other neighbors. Tenants are not allowed escesive noice inside thier apt or disturb the quit enjoyment of the buildings tenants.

Re: Problem Tenants
Month to month! Your home free. Give them either a 30 or 60 day (as CA law says) notice to vacate. You dont need a reason. If they fail to leave you can begin eviction. Check this site but I believe if they have been there at least one year 60 day notice is required
