B&P Minor in Possession After Petty Theft of Alcohol
My question involves criminal law for the state of: California

I was caught at rite-aid for petty theft of alcohol priced at $21 dollars, I got referred to the NAB (Neighboorhood Accountability Board) where the community helps me get this record off my history, but then 2 months later I got caught at school for selling Alcohol, I am now suspended for 5 days and might be expulled, I got a ticket for Minor In Possesion, what are charges for this offense? and will I be able to seal this onto my Juvenile record? Also if I don't even have a driver's licenses, how can I get it suspended for a year?

If you are charged with "Minor In Possesion", that's the charge.

Are you charged in juvenile court? If so, read this.

Your license can be suspended on the basis of a violation that results in suspension. If you seek a license while that suspension is in effect, you'll have to serve out the remainder of the suspension.
