My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida
im 19.the other night i was arrested for "possession of over 20grams" of marijuana.i have a felony pending against me. im looking for some info on what are my consequences? am i facing jail time or probation? its my first offense.
What are the exact statutes you are charged under?
Our goal would be to get this bartered down to a misdemeanor. This is one of those felonies that will NEVER go away.
Under FL law:
More than 20 g, felony, 5 years incarceration and $5,000 fine.
