Does Beauty School Count As an Education?
My question involves child support in the State of: MO

Child is <18, completing or completed GED and has decided to go to beauty school (college?).:wallbang:
I understand I am to continue child support while she studies for her GED.
I do not know about beauty school, I guess I continue support?
What are the statutes of limitations if she decides to go to college at a later date after completion of beauty school?

Thanks in advance for your time.

Sorry, I didn't look up the statutes, but did find this article that says enrollment in vocational school (ie, beauty school) constitutes a reason for child support to continue:

If your daughter finishes school, begins working full time, then later decides to go back to college, I don't think you would be required to restart the support.

If you want to search the statutes, start here:
