Out On Bail For GTA, Committed GTA Again

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Pennsylvania

BRACE YOURSELF THIS ONE IS BADDDD..

First know that i do not have a drivers license, it has been suspended for DUI previously before either of these incidences.

Night 1. I was completely drunk, i drank a 5th of captain morgan & could not find a ride home, i stole a truck & was later pulled over by police for speeding, they found out the truck was stolen i was charged with the following.

-Unlawful Use Of A Moter Vehicle Which is a M-2 (Misdemeanor
2)

-D.U.I - Which was my 2nd offence

After being bailed out by my friend, i swore to god i would never EVER steal another car again EVERRR IN MY LIFE!!!

Night 2 I was drove out into the middle of nowhere & was beat up by a bunch of my enemy's & somebody who i thought was my friend, they left me out there, i was drunk, desperate, & had no service on my cell phone. It was about 4:00 am and i did the dumbest, stupid thing i've ever done in my life. I stole the first car i saw. They left the keys in their car in their driveway and i took it. On the way back home i hit a deer, slid off the road, flipped the car & was ejected from the car into a field at a force so hard it knocked my shirt & my shoes off, i was so drunk i didn't think twice about the bloody evidance i left behind and walked the rest of the way home. The next day the state police came to my house & said they heard i was in "an accident" i played stupid with the officer & said all my wounds were from getting beat up by the people i got beat up by. He wanted me to take a dna test & i agreed but he has not given it to me. I think they have it on record already tho.

Whats going to happen to me. What jailtime am i looking at? I left out alot of detail so if theirs any questions you have i'll be more than willing to answer them..

I'm a really good kid, I just turned 21 & everytime i drink i get into serious trouble, EVERYTHING on my record is alcohol related & i admit i have a serious problem! I am wayy too small to go to state prison =[ i need help! i admit i need to sit in prison for awhile & think about my life & what i'm doing to it but i also need rehab of some sort too! I'm a really great person & have great goals & ambitions when i'm sober, but when i drink everything just goes haywire & i do dumb shit like this.

Please i'm asking, What's going to happen to me? What should i do right now? What should i say in court? I have no money for a lawyer & i know how bad public defenders are in PA =[

You need to get into an alcohol rehab program. You also need a lawyer. Get help from your family if you need to.

Agreed.

A lawyer will keep your jail time to a minimum. However, I would plan on spending some serious time in there.

Two felonies... one while on bond for the other... and a DUI? Yeah... don't make any long term plans that involve sunshine.
