New Arrest, Missed Court Date, on Informal Probation
My question involves criminal law for the state of: California

my bf was placed on informal probation with no probation officer for DWLS the first time he had for paying a ticket late.. he paid for it and the car was out by the next day and received his license back that very moment..

his license was then suspended again a few months later because that last stop he ever had for DWLS caused the 4th point on his license. he drove to work again and had another DWLS.. he missed court for the 2nd dwls but eventually turned himself in. i am just wondering will they get him for violation of probation for DWLS and give him more time?? i haven't heard from him since he walked into the sheriffs station to get his thing's cleared..

    Bail Amount: $15,000.00

Type of Warrant: Warrant of Arrest
    Court Appearance Condition: Mandatory
    Warrant Degree: Misdemeanor
    Charge 1: VC SPEED CONTEST
Charge 2: VC DRIVE W-SUSPENDED LICENSE

He violated his probation. He should consult a lawyer.
