For a J1 Holder: Which Visa, Q1 or K1 is Better for Me?
I'm a J1 holder for a training program in the States (subject to 2 years rule:(). My DS2019 will expire in Nov this year.
My question is that whether I let my current employer apply for a Q1 visa for me or let my fiancee apply for a K1 for me will be easier and faster? since both of them need a waiver. Or I can do BOTH at the same time....
    PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME

Unless you're planning on going home, a K1 is out of the question. You have to return to your nation of origin to get a fiancée visa.

It's ok to return home for me but which visa is most likely to get a waiver and takes shorter time?
    Thank you for your reply!!!!!!

You're seeking the waiver on what specific grounds? If the grounds involve getting permission from your nation of origin, start your research there.
