How Can I Get Emancipated

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: South Dakota,.
I am 15 years old, i have a boyfriend, and a job. I really cannot stand my mother, during the summer time, i didnt stay at my moms house once, and now that school has started she wants me to be home everynight by 10p.m. my mother works at toshiba and she works at 11:45p.m. I just cant stand living with her, she sleeps all day, she doesnt support me in any way, the only thing she does for me is provide a place to live, and a vehicle to drive, my vehicle doesnt have insurance. I work at Mc Donalds, and i know its not the best job, but i get paid $7.00 an hour, I have a cell phone, in which i pay for, i pay for my own food, i pay for gas, all my clothes, my hair gel, shampoo, seems like everything. the only thing i dont have to pay for is rent, and those bills.( when i stay at my moms house) but my boyfriend stays with my best friends, and i stay over there all the time, after school, and normally late nights, becuase i sometimes just leave my moms house after she leaves for work. But anyways i do pay for rent over at her house, and i buy grocerys for her house. i just wish there was some way i could get away from my mom, yea i love her and sometimes i need help, but for the past 4 months i have been on my own,( with my boyfriend) and have supported myself for the past 4 months. is there anyway i can get out of my moms house for good? PLEASE help me....

No. There isn't.

Your state will not emancipate a 15 year old, and not liking your mother or her rules is not a valid reason to be emancipated in any state.
