Emancipation

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Washinton


hello- I am 16 years old, turning 17 in 3 months, and i want to get an emancipation. i have not lived with my parents since about march. i have kept my job for almost 8 months. I pay my rent, i buy my own clothes, i buy my own food, i support myself. The only thing that my mother does is pay my cell phone bill. i want to know the steps i need to get emancipated and if it would be possible to win.
