    Juvenile on Felony Adult Probation
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida

Okay here's the deal. When i was 17, eleven months ago i was placed on felony adult probation fro a period of 3 years. I was issued a curfew of 9:00 7days a week other than that i have to pay the fees and check in monthly.

Now I'm currently 18 and I have been on the probtion for 11 months and I would like to start modifying it. I am a full-time college student now and i want to get off the curfew and hopefully have my fees waived.

I am suppose to pay $98 monthly and have paid the fees no more than 3times. Since I am in school and have been in school ever since the probation period started I havent really been able to get a full time job.

Im not really educated on this so Im trying to find out more of rights and how exactly I can modify the probation and when the right time would be to even try asking for early termination. I have'nt had any violations at all. I try talking to my lawyer but he isnt too too helpful!

Talking to your probation officer would be a logical first step

I would get my fines current before you start asking the court for leniency.
