    Filing for Bankruptcy Twice
    Hi,

I was just wondering, can the same people file for bankruptcy against you twice?

They have tried doing it before but it was dismissed from a court due to legal & health reasons... However, they are now trying to do the same thing again...

Are they allowed to do so?

    Thanks!

    Re: Bankruptcy
Are you talking about a creditor "forcing" you to file for bankruptcy in hopes of collecting some of the money due them . . . or a creditor filing an involuntary bankruptcy against you? (I assume the involuntary bk?)
(If neither of the above, please explain.)

What is the name of your state, please. Thanks.

    Hey,
It is a creditor filing an involuntary bankruptcy against me.

I'm in the United Kingdom (Cambridgeshire).

This is US law only. You might ask a bankruptcy attorney in your area.
