Threatened With Beating By Another Girl

Okay, well, I am 14 years old, and this girl Jessica, who is 18, is threatening to kick my ass, because she hates me for no reason, even though Ive hardly said 2 words to her before, shes just slightly insane. Im wondering that if in fact she does try to "kick my ass", which Im pretty sure shes set on doing, what can I press against her, and how to I go about it? Im thinking it would have to be my parents who press charges against her since I am underage, is this correct? I know pretty much nothing on the subject and would like to know as much as possible. Can anyone help me out?

Perhaps, though, you should try to get an adult to intervene before things reach that point.

Yeah but I mean, what could they -do-, what would happen to her, basically?

And theres really not much anyone can do about it, if she sees me in town some odd day and jumps on me it really doesn't matter how many adults know about it, she'd attack me anyway.
