The short answer is: no.
Not only will Florida not consider petitions until you're 16, the petition must be filed by your parents AND you must be able to show a court that you are already earning enough money to completely support yourself - rent, utilitites, food, clothes, insurance, transportation, etc.

No, you would not get "exceptions".
Florida is one of the strictest, if not THE strictest, state in the US with regards to child welfare. There is not one chance in thirty million that they would emancipate a 14 year old under ANY circumstances, and nothing you have posted would be a sufficient reason for emancipation even if you were 16.
