    Schools and social services
my daughter is in K in a local school, she went and told her teacher that my son(her brother) kicked her really hard over and over in the back. My daughter is 5, my son is 3

I didnt witness this happen and I am around both of them ALL the time. I asked my daughter to show me where her brother kicked her, she said her back, I looked at her back, no bruises were evident, no soreness or even redness.

The school has not contacted me yet, as she just told them this today. I am wondering, what possible things could happen here? My son is 3 and says he didnt hit her. The teacher just told my daughter to stay away from him then mentioned something about Santa Claus, I cannot get a straight answer out of my daughter.

Is it possible social services could become involved over this? Would I recieve any warning or just a knock at the door soon?

    Kicked by Brother?
It's hard to guess; it isn't clear that the teacher took the claim seriously, let alone that she thought it might constitute abuse.

well if the teacher had taken this seriously, shouldn't my child have been inspected or photos taken? I asked her if the teacher looked at her back, she said no, also shouldnt the school have contacted me??

    Incident at school.
It's a guessing game. If you want to know what happened, perhaps you should contact the teacher and ask her.
